3.1 Product Range

We supply over 1,300 food ingredients and additives including:

• Sweeteners (Sucralose, Aspartame, Stevia, Acesulfame-K, etc.)
• Thickeners & Stabilizers (Xanthan gum, Carrageenan, CMC, etc.)
• Preservatives & Antioxidants (Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate, etc.)
• Amino Acids (Glutamine, Glycine, Creatine Monohydrate, etc.)
• Vitamins (Vitamin C, E, A, B-complex, D3, etc.)
• Enzymes, Emulsifiers, and other food-grade ingredients

3.2 Quality Standards

All products comply with FCC, USP, EU regulations and are supplied with complete documentation including Certificate of Analysis (CoA), MSDS, and technical specification sheets.

3.3 Custom Services

We provide OEM/ODM services, custom blends, premix solutions, and regulatory assistance for global markets.

4. Orders and Quotations

4.1 Quotation Process

All quotations are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and market conditions.

4.2 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product and will be specified in each quotation. Standard MOQ ranges from 25kg to 1000kg depending on the product.

4.3 Order Confirmation

Orders become binding upon our written confirmation and receipt of required payment or credit approval.

5. Payment Terms

• New customers: 100% advance payment or confirmed L/C
• Established customers: Negotiable terms based on credit history
• Payment methods: T/T (Wire Transfer), L/C, Trade Assurance
• Currency: USD, EUR, or RMB as agreed

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Terms

Standard terms: FOB Guangzhou/Shanghai, China. Other terms (CIF, CFR, DDP) available upon request.

6.2 Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 7-15 days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and destination.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to buyer according to agreed Incoterms. We recommend comprehensive insurance coverage.

7. Quality Assurance and Returns

7.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee product quality as per agreed specifications. All shipments include CoA and quality documentation.

7.2 Claims and Returns

Quality claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Returns require our prior written approval and may be subject to restocking fees.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective products. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, and proprietary information remain our exclusive property. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with regulations in their jurisdiction. We provide support documentation but cannot guarantee regulatory approval in all markets.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including but not limited to pricing, formulations, and business terms.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou or as mutually agreed.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
